Online orders

Online orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Custom gift boxes

Custom orders are curated to your specifications and lead time depends on the size of each order. Generally, we require 3-7 business days to process small custom orders. For larger orders, we require 2-3 weeks to consult, source and assemble gifts. During the Christmas holiday, we may require additional notice for large orders.

If you require your order by a specific date, please let us know while placing your order, or email us at orders@emgiftboxes.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request!

Pickup

Gift boxes can be picked up from our location at 961 Lounsborough St., Windsor, ON, N9G 2Z9.

Local hand delivery

Hand-delivery is offered within Windsor and Essex County to personal residences and places of business. Windsor and Essex County includes the following areas:

+ Lakeshore

+ Windsor

Shipping

We ship from Windsor, Ontario, Canada and offer shipping within Canada. To ensure your gift(s) arrive at their destination in the most cost-effective manner, we use multiple shipping carriers.

Delivery options are provided during the checkout process.

Absolutely! Every gift box comes with a greeting card. Please write your personal note or sentiment at checkout. If you are ordering a gift box to deliver yourself and prefer a blank card to write your own message, simply leave this section blank.

We would love to customize a gift box to suit your needs, whether it be for corporate gifting or for special occasions. Please email us at orders@emgiftboxes.com to discuss customization options.

As each gift is uniquely curated, and due to the nature of the items included within our gift boxes, we are unable to issue refunds or accept returns. We take great care in assembling all gift boxes to ensure that our gift boxes are just as lovely when received as they were when assembled. If there are any issues, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at 519-995-5957 or by emailing us at hello@emgiftboxes.com.

On occasion substitutions may be necessary to ensure gift boxes are delivered in a timely manner. If this occurs, we will substitute a gift box and/or gift box component, when necessary, using items of comparable or greater value while preserving the gift box aesthetic.

We accept all major credit cards for e-commerce transactions. For all orders exceeding $1,000, we accept e-transfers or certified cheques.
